Wild Dinosaur Designs is the home brewed Fashion Brand of up and coming Designer Zara Hall. Beginning in 2007, as a marketing experiment during degree work, the Brand develops more and more each day. With values and personality a lot like its creator, Wild Dinosaur is an exciting new Brand inspired by the originality and uniqueness of the people who surround it. Producing garments tailored to the individual needs and personality of the wearer, each garment has character and is designed to be something that is cherished.
Supporting local business wherever possible the Spring 2009 Wild Dinosaur collection was made from Eco friendly, organic and fair-trade fabrics. Some elements of the collection were also recycled and others hand dyed in Cornwall using natural dyes. Zara loves a new challenge and found this collection an inspirational learning curve.
Based in Cornwall Zara is known to undertake private commissions whilst often absorbing herself in books and learning new skills. Her interests include illustration, digital image manipulation and styling. Zara is also a dedicated dabbler in photography; having recently had photographs published in both 2009 and 2010 calendars. Zara is currently working on private projects; gaining experience and getting a firm footing in the fashion industry. Her most recent collection 'Hidden Depths' for Fall 2009, was her final collection for her BA (Hons) Award in Fashion at Plymouth College of Art. After an intense few years of experimentation and design development Zara has truly found her signature style and completed her degree with a 2.1 Classification.
